We want customers to be able to find menus, check opening information, make or manage reservations and contact the restaurant without unnecessary barriers.
Accessibility is considered across desktop, tablet and mobile layouts rather than treated as a separate version of the website.

- Text labels for important actions instead of relying only on colour or decorative icons.
- Scalable vector icons for crisp display at high resolution.
Reservations and dining requirements
The reservation journey includes space for accessibility or mobility requirements, dietary needs, allergy information and special requests. If you need a particular adjustment, please include it with your booking or contact us directly.
For an urgent or detailed requirement, calling or messaging the restaurant is the best way to confirm what can be arranged before your visit.
Restaurant access
If you need information about physical access, seating, space for a mobility aid, a high chair or another practical arrangement, please contact the restaurant before travelling so we can discuss the current setup and your needs.
Known limitations
Some third-party services, embedded maps, payment pages or external platforms are controlled by their providers and may have different accessibility characteristics.
Older website areas may not yet match the accessibility standard of the newest La Gloria public pages. We are progressively modernising those areas.
